These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all workshops, experiences, and services offered by Culto Solar, operated by Petre Studios – Teodora Petre, Wehntalerstrasse 457, 8046 Zürich, Switzerland. (registered legal address, NOT THE WORKSHOP ADDRESS)
By booking or participating in a workshop, you agree to these Terms.

1. Booking and Payment

Bookings are made through our website or by written confirmation via email.
Your spot is confirmed only once payment has been received in full. Private bookings are confirmed only after payment is received in full.

Workshop prices include instruction, materials, and firing (if applicable). Any additional options/extras such as shipping and extra gemstones are charged separately.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Can’t make it? No worries — life happens.

If you need to cancel, please email us at hello@cultosolar.com at least 48 hours before your workshop. You’ll receive full credit toward a future session.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop are not eligible for credit, except in special circumstances, which we may consider individually.

We do not offer monetary refunds unless the workshop is cancelled by Culto Solar.
If we ever need to cancel or reschedule due to illness, venue issues, or unforeseen events, you’ll be offered a refund or a new date — your choice.

3. Participant Requirements

Workshops are open to participants aged 16 and older.
Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Each participant is responsible for following workshop safety instructions. Culto Solar is not liable for injuries or damage to personal belongings except in cases of gross negligence or intent.

4. The Creative Process

Each piece is handcrafted by you — that’s the magic.
Expect small variations, imperfections, or material quirks (such as slight color differences or texture variations). These are part of the process and are not considered defects.

For gold bronze workshops, pieces are fired off-site and will be ready for pickup or delivery within approximately one week. We take great care during firing and polishing, but minor changes in size, shape, or color may occur due to the nature of the material.

5. Photography and Video

We often document our workshops with photo and video to capture the atmosphere and the beautiful pieces made by participants.

If you’d prefer not to appear in any photo or video, simply let us know at the start of your session — no problem at all.
We may still photograph the jewelry or pieces you create, unless you request otherwise.

6. Gift Cards and Vouchers

Gift cards and vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used for any available workshop.
They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, concepts, photography, and branding belong to Culto Solar.
Content shared or created during workshops may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

8. Liability

Participation in workshops is at your own risk.
Culto Solar assumes no responsibility for accidents, allergic reactions, or damages that occur during or after the workshop, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect only the personal data necessary for booking and communication (such as your name, email, and phone number).
Your data will never be shared with third parties unless required by law.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland.
